Dr. Osborn was born in Amarillo and attended Amarillo High School. After graduating from Amarillo High and Amarillo College, he attended Baylor University. Dr. Osborn was accepted at the University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio, Texas where he graduated with academic honors.
Dr Osborn received advanced dental education from the U.S. Army with a General Practice Residency. Following service as a dentist with the Army, he received a Masters of Science in Orthodontics at an orthodontic specialty residency at the University of Oklahoma. |

| He joined his father, Dr. Charles Osborn, in the practice of orthodontics in 1991 and has been in solo practice since 2003.
Dr Osborn is an active member of the Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr Osborn and his wife, Mary Ann, have two children, Sarah and Sean. They are active in their church and schools and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.
