Your first exam is at no charge as a courtesy to you. Dr. Osborn will perform a complete orthodontic exam and will discuss your initial diagnosis and answer questions about treatment options, when to start treatment, treatment time and fees. Your health and dental history will be reviewed. An information form and health history will be mailed to you in advance of your appointment. Please bring this completed form to your appointment. |
| A screening Panorex x-ray may be taken at no charge if a recent one has not been sent by your dentist to aid in diagnosis. Our treatment coordinator will be able to discus financial options. It will be helpful to bring your dental insurance information. This visit will take 30 to 40 minutes. |

When you decide to proceed with orthodontic treatment the next step will be taking diagnostic records. Additional x-rays, study models and photographs are all used to complete the orthodontic diagnosis and treatment plan. As a convenience to you, we can reserve time following your exam for this 45 minute appointment. |
